Q & A about BB3!

These are the most frequently asked questions about BB3! 
How did you know you were pregnant? Three things. 1) I walked into Kroger with my family and immediately started vomiting because I could smell the mixture of produce and sushi from the door!! 2) I excitedly pulled out my ice cold canned coca cola from the fridge, and upon drinking my first sip, I spit it all out. It tasted like dirty socks. 3) I made taco salad for lunch, and I couldn't eat it. It just didn't taste good. Oh…and I guess you can add another one. 4)I had been throwing up for two weeks, but I thought it was an extended stomach virus since both of my girls had been victims of it the week before!
Was it planned? I dislike this question, but "yes," at least as much as we can make our own plans under God's ultimate plan. 
What are you craving? I am craving the same things that I craved with my girls: hamburgers and fruit (particularly grapes and watermelon). I would say that my cravings are a bit stronger this time though. For example, I am hungrier more often and more intensely. I can think of something I want, taste it in my mind, and then once I eat it (or something like it), it's a let down because it does not taste right! ha! That has never happened to be before!  
Are you going to have to get a bigger house? Are you going to have to get a bigger car? No and no! God is good, and we'll make do with what we have already been blessed with!  Are you finding out the gender this time? YES! Do you want a boy or a girl? I want a precious, healthy baby. (Though I would love and care for my baby in any condition that God gave him or her to me!!!) I am not praying for gender; rather, I am praying for health and for my baby to get to come home from the hospital with me when I am released! In terms of gender, I love, love, love my girls, and I would love to have a third princess. I didn't have any sisters, and I love that my girls have that relationship that will hopefully turn into a lifelong friendship! I also have all that a girl could need! :) I would also love a boy. I would love a boy for Brandon. He would be an amazing boy Dad, just as he is an amazing girl Daddy. So, the bottom line is that we would be thrilled with either. 
How do you think the girls will do with BB3? Well, Avaree is in an extreme baby-loving stage, and she is thrilled to have a new baby. However, I am under no false delusions that the transition will be easy in any way. In fact, I am prepared for it to be extremely crazy and difficult (at least for a little while); therefore, anything better than that will be an amazing blessing! :)  My friend, Julia, gave me some great advice about Baby #3 also. She reminded me that just because I am having another baby does not mean that my current baby has to grow up extra fast. So, I plan to have two babies and a big girl! I am pumped to enjoy my only year with all of my babies at home with me. This is Avaree's last year before Kinder, and after January I will have all three of them with me for a few months! I plan to cherish every moment, even when it's hard. :) Thankfully, I already know that the difficult seasons are very, very short! :)
