For Felicity's 4th birthday, she asked for pink, purple and yellow flowers, cupcakes, and hotdogs. She also wanted her family and cousins, and just a few specific friends. That is almost exactly what she got! Daddy picked out her flowers (that she went crazy over), and she made the menu for the party. It is a super busy time of year, so the only family that could come was Gigi and G-Pops (and Pop stopped by too), and we also had the Browns and the Neelys. It was a small party, but that was perfect for our birthday girl.

In so many ways, it's hard to believe that we've had you for over four years now, but in other ways it feels like you've always been with us. Three was really rough at times, but in the last few months, as a FOUR year old, you have grown and blossomed in the most precious of ways. You love your people passionately, and you can build and organize better than most adults. You are timid in new situations and in crowds, but your heart for others and dollies is enough to make me cry, and I hope that you never lose your precious little spirit. We've no doubt that God has great plans for your life. He's already proven that more than once! ;) We just feel so privileged to get a front row seat. May you continue to learn more and more about how much God loves you. We know that your little heart is open, and we have loved listening to your interpretation and understanding of who God is to you.
We love you so much. I can't wait to watch you shine in Pre-K this year!
